With two or more locations, a picker appears in the navbar — each operator chooses where they are, and the weigh forms and kiosks only offer that location's scales. Bins and commodities can also be limited to a location on Edit Tables. Leave this empty for a single-location setup. Changes save immediately.

Named scales the operators pick on the weigh forms and kiosks; tickets record the scale name with each weighment. Link each scale to a hardware feed from a connected reader service below — a scale with no feed is driven by the simulator in Demo Mode. The optional per-scale printers receive that scale's tickets; "Default" uses the site-wide printers from the Printers page. Assigning a Location limits the scale to operators at that location. Changes save immediately.
